The composite output should work on any monitor (or TV set, for that
matter) with a composite input.

The RGB output requires a monitor that can sync down to ~15.625kHz
horizontal sync. This basically means a monitor designed for the Apple
II series, Commodore Amiga, Atari ST, etc. VGA monitors will not work.
