Yep--that's pretty much the definition of dead...
All in favor of renaming it comp.sys.apple2.comm-atose, say aye.
I'd have no problem with shutting down the .comm and the .usergroups,
both are effectively useless, and I don't really see a great revival
happening in some unknown future. The other four a2 groups seem lively
enough.
I see about the same amount of traffic in .gno as I do in .usergroups.
In fact the last post I have in .gno (other than free ipods and naked
women) is from May; usergroups has posts as recently as July.
Yes, the size of the Apple II community has dwindled to the point that
splitting out "special" topics is no longer justified.
