Mailed...

This was done with a program on OS X called VisualHub.  It plays in 
Quicktime 7 and probably others, like VLC for anyone wondering what to 
play it with once Michael puts up the H.264 version.  x264 is the 
generic codec for it, but I don't know how you deal with those in 
Windows yet.
