I've seen them on eBay before, at varying prices. There are a few
electronics parts dealers that will still have them. I bought a few
from Jameco recently, (wait... those were 16k chips...) but that tends
to be expensive.

6.0.1, same as all the others.

Yes. I think the articulated/ergonomic keyboard doesn't, though.

To get GSOS running at full tilt, you probably want to find a bigger
memory card somewhere. 1.125mb doesn't really leave a lot to
applications. The Apple RGB monitor is a really nice companion to the
machine.
