B. Heinemann was one of the developers.  She claims that it was never
completed because of insufficient payment.  However, its known that
more than a couple people have it.  Its been verified by B. Heinemann
that it was 98-99% completed, however good enough for select beta
testing.  And yes, the code from v1.1 was a disaster from the start.
