Specialize! You can't be all things to all people, but if you zero in onthe area you're most interested in, you're more likely to create aworthwhile resource.

One things I'd personally like to see is an online 'zine... something alittle more in-depth than your typical blog... interviews, history,events... there's enough going on, and enough interesting people aroundthat there shouldn't be any shortage of material or contributors.
