David Sugar has agreed to allow his Command.com shell et.al to be
available as free usage. I don't want to post the actual email here but
I will supply it for inclusion in the archive to be made for distribution.
I have no Command.com materials on hand and sadly, neither does David
Sugar. If he did, the source could be available also.
So I am looking for the following.
1) Any released versions which someone has possession of.
2) Any documentation which someone has possession of. If necessary,
scanning can be performed and documents will be returned as required.
3) Any source code which someone might possibly have. I realize this is
a stretch but one can hope.
