This is the first "official" release of ADTPro after spending a year in beta. ADTPro is a feature-rich communications platform for exchanging disks and disk images between Apple II family computers and contemporary operating systems.

ADTPro has two main purposes in life:
1. Transferring disk images
2. Bootstrapping Apples when boot diskettes are long gone

ADTPro uses any of three communications mechanisms:
1. Serial (RS-232) hardware
2. A2Retrosystems Uther ethernet card
3. Audio/Cassette ports

For those following recent developments, this release incorporates disk formatting into the client program as well as the usual raft of defect fixes. Extensive help and tutorials are available on the ADTPro website:

Hi David,

I justed wanted to say you have done a fantastic job on a *major* update to the classic adt utility ....

This will make things so much easier on folks re-discovering their Apples again ...

Thank You

Glenn
