I've played this exact game once before, as a one-level (possibly
more, but not many) demo of it appears on a Softdisk (5.25", Apple II)
magazine released in the late 1980's. I realize this doesn't help
much, but it does narrow it down to the point where it could be picked
out of a Softdisk index, if anyone has one handy.
