I use to ask shipping by USPS, fwiw, the cost can be calculated here
<http://ircalc.usps.gov/>. USPS has proved to be fast enough and
cheaper than UPS or FEDEX or TNT.
Do you know if there's any other addittional hassle involved in
international shippings ?
