Mega-Bit sounds like, well, 1 MBit. Which then could be 128KByte.
Most of the 128K cards are clones of the "Saturn" cards made by
Titan Technologies and have 16 ram chips on the "left end" of the
card ("keyboard end"). These cards usually have four LEDs, though.

AFAIK 128K cards usually work in both the II(+) and IIe.

How many and which memory chips does the card use?
Should be a multiple of 8 with chip names like "4116", "4164" or
"41256" for example.
You could also make photo and post it to one of the picture download
services.
