I like shopping at GSEReactive, so don't get me wrong, but...
Bascally any good electronics store (so this rules out Radio Shack)
should have these batteries, as there are lots of devices that still
use them. Just take your old one in and walk up to the Parts Counter
and show them what you have and ask for a new one. If you have such a
store locally, then you'll have instant gratification!
There's a store by me in Anaheim CA called Marvac (or is it Orvac? I
can never remember) that has these batteries with four different types
of "nubs" on the top: some large, some smooth, some short, and some
nonexistant. They were all priced about $5 or so.
