Think of 20th century and 21th century. Today is 21th century in the
USA. Today is 20th century in the Europe. You feel uncomfortable to use
modern technology in the USA. You decide to move to Europe and live there
to accept ancient technology. Well, it is the culture of Europe to prefer
slow time in development than fast time in development of USA.
