Your best bet is to use the MicroDrive utilities to partition and format
the card.
CiderPress allows you to create simple filesystem images, but doesn't provide
a way to create partitioned images. It also doesn't allow you to copy
larger images onto smaller volumes, so if the CF card is smaller than
65535 blocks, you have to set the size based on the actual formatted
capacity.
