The "standard" way would be to use a serial cable connecting
a KayPro with an Apple //e running CP/M and Kermit.

Today, you'd read the KayPro disks on a PC with a compatible
drive and appropriate "general disk reading" software, like
"22DISK" (Google it).  For example, check out:

Once you capture the disk data on a PC, the next step is
transferring the data to the //e using a serial link and
CP/M terminal software on the //e.
