Thanks.  That actually came in at version 0.2.1, but it's certainly more
visible now.  Not only can you do bootstrapping, but you can also do image
transfers over the cassette ports.

The thing I need to do now is figure out a way to bootstrap ProDOS using just
those memory transfers.  Maybe version 1.0.1 is compact enough.  Anyone know
where I can find a copy of ProDOS 1.0.1?  Asimov, et. al. seem to all be later
than that.

If you can LOAD from the cassette port and "auto-run", then it should
be possible to do *anything*--particularly multiple data transfers
followed by moves to appropriate places in banked memory.
