Trying to remember a long lost game...

There is a game I have a dim memory of which I thought my daughter may soon
be able to enjoy.
For some reason I remember it to be called "Mother Goose". I think it was a
puzzle game where the player had to go around a simple world consisting of
static rooms to find things and solve puzzles.

My strongest memory is that there was a sprite editor room. I remember
taking objects in there and completely altering their look.

Anyone have any idea what that game was?
