Hmmm...
They must have only updated this a few days ago, since the verion I 
downloaded last Sunday night was V1.06,
which is still available at:
http://www.vinculum.com/documents/archive/DS_VNC1L_FW_VDAP_v106.pdf

V1.06 only documents the Sector Dump command.

I wouldn't mind betting there is an 'SR' command which reads in a sector in 
raw format...

They have their website blocked from web-crawlers, so there is no real way 
to figure out
when they updated it.
