MECC to normal DOS 3.3?

I've got a couple "stock" DOS 3.3-based MECC disk images (as opposed to 
the modified DOS 3.3 on most MECC disks I've used), so I'm wondering if 
this is possible and how - might make imaging easier - is there a way to 
easily copy a MECC disk on-metal such that it has a "stock" DOS 3.3?
