Sheppy's ImageMaker only supports 2IMG, DiskCopy 4.2, DiskCopy 6 and Raw
formats. The Raw format is apparently identical to the DiskCopy 6
format but if you check the "Add Mac Type Info" checkbox they will get
different Mac filetypes.
I would guess that Raw would be ProDOS order so any image created with
it could be given a .po extension.

If you needed DOS 3.3 order (.do) then you could indeed use CiderPress
to convert the image(s).
By the way, one of the reasons that the Universal Disk Image format
(2IMG) was created was to avoid the problem of .dsk files not having any
header and therefore not letting you know whether the image is DOS 3.3
order or ProDOS order. Either order is perfectly valid in a file with a
.dsk extension.
