Used to be a lot of them around here (Northern California), but it's
really slowed down. I saw a complete, mint condition, stock 1 meg IIgs
at a garage sale about 18 months ago. They saw me looking at it and
ended up giving it to me. Not that I needed another one...  ;-))

The real deluge was when schools started scrapping their Apple II's,
though most of those were thrashed and lacking  interesting
accessories.
