It may have been the standard for AE to include both GALs with the card when
they shipped it. I've never seen an original one packed in the box though.
I've also been looking for the manual. Anyone know of a link? If there
isn't a copy of the .PDF avilable maybe I can perswade you to scan or
photocopy the manual? If you mail it to me I'd be more then glad to .PDF it
and make it avilable to the Comunity.

Just the #1 GAL that gets changed as far as I know. I think there's only
the one PCB revision too.

Benefit, I have no idea. But I do know there was some kind of daughter PCB
that plugged in to the header on the GS-RAM Plus to expand it from 6 Megs to
8 Megs. I've yet to find the 2 Meg Expander for the GS-RAM Plus but I'd
love to get my hands on one to study. If anyone knows where I can find one
please let me know. I don't need it to complete my studies but it would
help.
