It's a custom disk format. CiderPress has no idea what to make of it.
Another way to handle this sort of archive is by changing the "files
of type" selection in the "open" dialog to "ShrinkIt Archives". That will
open the .SDK as an archive instead of as a disk image, so you can test
or extract the contents. Tools->Convert Disk Image is probably easier.
FWIW, depending on what you choose in the "open" dialog, a "foo.bxy" that
contains a disk image might be opened as Binary ][, ShrinkIt, or a
