The Kyan is in a binder so that part is easy. I'll check what they charge. It
is also half page size or so. I think I can get two pages per PDF page viewed
in landscape if I can get it to do that. Hmmm. maybe I can get all the pages
into Word or Nisus formated the way I want then print as PDF.
