there is no domain name, so how would I access the page from a remote
computer?

192.168.1.3 (contiki webserver) is local, behind the DSL modem.  So
that
can't be the correct IP number.

I tried setting up the router for port forwarding.  Now I'd like to
find out what
address to type on the remote machine to access the page
