Re: 5.25 Floppy Drive Sounds

Possible weird request...
Does anyone have sound samples of a later-than-Disk][ floppy drive
loading?? :)
The newer //e & //c drivers were much louder. I don't have a
microphone handy at the moment to record it myself.
I want to experiment with some of the disk loading sounds... any will
do...
The click-clack of an EA game wouldn't be half bad, either!!

I know, it's weird...

I've used "Super-5" half-height 5.25" drives since the late 1980s,
and they don't make much sound at all--they even have a switch to
disable seeking below track 0. I can't hear them seeking in use.

I always attributed the louder sound of the later full-height drives
to the plastic cases, which function as sounding boards. But Apple
changed drive suppliers a couple of times, too, which would affect
the sounds.
