Thanks to everyone for the pointers. I found AERamworks.zip on several
mirrors, and it looks promising. I've unzipped the acrhive into 4 .DSK
files, however, I've run into a snag - when I use NuLib to extract
images from the *.SDK files, those images are in an "unrecognized
format" according to ADTPro 0.1.4. I've tried the DOS version of ADT
are written the .EXP or .EXP2 images to a floppy, but its unreadable
under ProDOS and DOS 3.3. I tried viewing them with Apple Commander -
no luck. I couldn't find a FAQ entry about .EXP or .EXP2 archive
formats, so I'm stuck. When I look at the files using hexdump on my
linux PC, I can see what look like directory entries (like
'PRODRIVE'). Any advice on where to go from here?

Thanks again.
