    It's available now from Dave Ottalini for $10.  The price was
originally set at $5 but was raised to $10 when the DVD finally became
available.  The WAP price is supposed to be even higher.

    Somewhere I have an Apple II emulation disk for the /// marked
64K.  I'll have to see if I can find it.
