IIRC, you get 4 disks. 1 includes the RAM test and RAMDisk driver for
ProDOS. 2 Includes the Appleworks patches. The other two contain
RAMDisk drivers for DOS 3.3 and ProDOS.

There's also a driver for CP/M, but I believe this ships with Applied
Engineerings CP/AM rather than with the RamWorks.

The software is universal across all versions of the RamWorks.

FYI - The RamWorks II and III are identical, except for physical
dimensions and chip layout. The change was made because the RamWorks
II would not fit in a non-US Apple II, but the add-on boards (extra
memory and RGB attachments) work just fine on both cards.
