Don't bother.  If you use the "EOL count" from the CiderPress Tools menu,
you will see something like this:

  CR=8881 LF=0 CRLF=0 (numChars=521424)

This means there were no linefeeds (0x0a) in the entire SDK file.  It's
extremely unlikely that compressed data wouldn't have all 256 possible
values represented, which means this file probably went through a linefeed
conversion at some point and had all occurrences of 0x0a changed to 0x0d.

The archive is corrupt and can't be recovered.

(Theoretically, you could try changing those 8,881 carriage returns to line
feeds until you successfully unpacked the archive.  This is computationally
infeasible, since it amounts to testing all valid combinations of an 8881-bit
number.)
