OK, to recap. and make sure I have it straight, I have the following: +12v -12v +5v ground Can I use the 7905 between the -12v and ground output to achieve -5v? And efficient will this be with a .25A ? If my load is small or non existent does this still eat up alot of power in the 'standby' mode?
