Help identifying this Apple II game...

I'm looking for the name of a game where you had to hunt a little
creature all around town. You'd get back eyewitness reports of what it
liked to eat and where it lived, and you'd set up traps in different
squares and you'd have to choose which type of trap to use and what to
bait it with.

The information was mostly text, but there was a graphic on the left
with a map of the city and little indicators about where it was
spotted, where you placed traps, where you sent out investigators,
etc.

Any help would be appreciated!
