For all those people interested in sound generation a
completely new sound chip is available - the interesting
thing: It's a sound generator - not a sample playback device.
This means usage with old (RAM limited) computers is a
definitive possibility (in an appropriate card, naturally).
There's also only Windows driver software available but that
hasn't hindered people to adapt other things to the Apple ;-)
And of course no Apple software supports this thing yet
but it's relatively cheap (PIC-based) and has some
interesting features. Maybe this will spark some interest?
