NufxLib/NuLib2 v2.2.0 released

NufxLib/NuLib2 v2.2.0 has been released, with a minor update.

- Added "bad Mac archive" handling. If a record has '?' as its filename
separator character and claims to come from a Macintosh MFS filesystem,
NufxLib will change the separator character to ':' and ignore the LZW/2
length in the compressed data stream.

I have also changed the licensing terms from GPL/LGPL to BSD.

Available from http://www.nulib.com/

(For those unfamiliar with NuLib2, it's a command-line utility that
provides access to ShrinkIt ("NuFX") archives from Windows, Mac OS X,
Linux, Solaris, etc. It's built on top of the NufxLib library, which
does most of the hard work. NufxLib is also part of CiderPress.)
