Oh. I'm surprised. The datasheet I grabbed for it from alldatasheet said it
was a schottky. Maybe I was looking at the wrong sheet. Still, ancient
thing. Will get a replacement if/when I get a replacement uC. Right now I'm
wiring a D25 parallel to the socket so I can plug in a small board with an
18f452 and a crystal, as I still have a couple of them left.
When I get another 16f628a I'll plop it back in.
