That's something I'd like to try !
Have you got a patched DOS to test it ?
Although probably reading a disk formatted in this way in different
Disk II unit may become a problem, unless all Disk II units' steps
were perfectly calibrated... ?
And all Disk II units' heads were the same width... ?
