The CMS utilities disks for all ROM versions are available on the
following mirror of the ground archive:
http://www.apple2.org.za/mirrors/ground.icaen.uiowa.edu/apple8/Utils/
CMS.NOV87.SHK
CMS.OCT89.SHK
CMS.APR90.SHK

No. Unless you want to access more than 60MB on one SCSI HD.

Those cards do things differently. It comes down to what you want to
do.
With one system, one HD, 60MB, the CMS card will do the job.

The 87 ROM requires some fiddling with jumpers on the card to setup
the partitions.
You do need the documentation for this.
I wouldn't have thought that it was a 'hassle', but then again, I have
the documentation.

I don't know. However, I can create one. Give me a few days.
Note to FAQ maintainer: The CMS settings provided in the FAQ are for
the 90 ROM and are incomplete. They should be marked as such so as not
to confuse or give false hope to those with 87 or 89 ROMs.
