Not being all that familiar with Macs myself, if it has a serial port
and the //e has a Super Serial Card, then the cheapest (and one of the
fastest) methods would probably be hooking up the //e via a null modem
serial connection. This can also be achieved using a straight thru
cable and the appropriate setting on the SSC (jumper block pointing
down).
