The Pascal FST can be installed as an option with the System 6.0.1
installation.
Do you have a complete set of System 6.0.1 disks?
If not, you can find them here:
http://www.apple2.org.za/gswv/a2zine/Sel/GettingSys601.htm

Boot the "Install" disk and select custom, then Pascal.FST
you will probably need to change disks to System.Tools1 or
System.Tools2 to complete the installation.
