Damaged M$ 16k language card

I have a M$ language card with a damaged socket at U18, which holds a 
74LS00.  Looks like someone tried to replace this socket at one time 
with a wirewrap socket but it's a pretty shoddy job.  Some of the wires 
are broken and some solder pads are missing.

Could anyone tell me what pads at U18 go to what points on this card 
that there may be hope for this?
