contact cleaner in the slot connectors, plug in/remove a card a few 
times
with the cleaner..

pull chips one by one, spray some cleaner in the sockets..  pencil
eraser to clean the chip legs..

upgrade to a PC power supply..

pull any socketed chips from your cards, clean the legs and
sockets..

Glen Bredon made software to recover disk problems...
