I agree re Rev 4.  Do you think that no Apple II's had rev 4 
motherboards?   I have a II with a rev 3 board, and a questionable II 
or II+ with a rev 4 board.   The board looks very similar to the rev3 
board in all details including card connectors.. except for the jumper 
blocks as you mention.

If II's were not made after summer of 79 as I have seen on Wehyrich's 
site (http://apple2history.org/history/ah04.html), then it would seem 
that mobos with a date after 05/79 -- in this case the 25th week of 
1980 -- would certainly NOT be Apple II.
