Move another routine somewhere to give $FBC1 extra 24 bytes

If you want more space in the ROM, to "move" does not help. Your only
option is "delete". In the Apple II j-plus the register display routine
(REGDSP) was removed just to add a flashing underscore cursor.

The monitor firmware is optimized for space, not time.

And it's worth adding that for all typical uses of BASCALC, the
time that it takes is a small part of what's happening.

For the (few) cases when BASCALC time is significant, then
a table-based routine (optimized to the application) can be
easily included in the application.
