How can you tell?  looks like it is suffering the effects of age and
not
being stored properly...  looks like green mold?  You could probably
fix it right up by placing it in a dishwasher..  dry completely after
wash cycle is done..  maybe use some electrical contact cleaner.   It
may have
to be disassembled so all the keyswitches can be properly cleaned.
