The hardback covers up to ProDOS 1.1.1,
according to the Apple II Technical Notes,

If anyone knows where I can find the ProDOS 8 Update manual,
I would appreciate hearing from you.  I think the Appleshare
manual listed above is availabe from Syndicomm as APDA-12.
