No need to go to all that work (unless you _really_ want to)... I figured
out how to use the ProTerm text editor.
Replace ^J with ^M
I didn't realise you had to use the "^", so I was trying to do it with the
"control" key.
Still, a batch conversion utility would probably be quite handy, and I'm
surprised nothing already exists other than home-rolled ones.
