Yes, there is this Apple game by Hayden Software (disk image
is probably at Asimov).

On the other hand there also is an "official" game by Sirius
called "Fantastic Voyage".
It seems quite a bit more simplistic and I'm not sure if an Apple
version does exist (I only have an Atari image).
