ANN: InternetModem now does IRC

InternetModem is a program that allows an older computer such as an Apple II 
connected through the serial port to a PC to access any telnettable internet 
resource.

Now it does IRC. With InternetModem running and your Apple II connected to 
it, open up your favorite terminal program such as ProTERM and enter the 
command: ATDT irc.a2central.com:6667 and be chatting in seconds.  The common 
IRC commands are supported such as /join, /nick, /quit, /ctcp, /me and /msg.
