Nope, wouldn't be much of a sound card. It doesn't have the 8-pin amp
chips on it like the mockingboard, so no amp means it might not provide
sound output. It appears to have at least 3 custom eeproms and a lot
of 74L logic chips on it. So whatever it is, it's mostly digital. I'd
guess it might be more of a video output device of some sort. Or some
odd logic controller that uses an RCA connection to a missing external
device.
