Charlie,

There's a board that comes with this (w90n740) cpu, RAM, FLASH,
Ethernet and video input.
The board is made by aviosys. Here's the links I got about it:

manufacturer : <http://www.aviosys.com> look for video servers/9100RK
another source:
<http://www.arucaelectronics.com/shop/ipvideoservers.php> (9100RK Plus)
in Europe : <http://www.pimzos.com> best website, easier to navigate,
to download manuals, etc.
Shentec.com also carries it.

You'll be thinking, a video server ?
Yes, it is, but
-You can forget about the video input and think about the rest.
-For about $90 you get it all soldered on a pcb. (sort of) a
development board.
-There's an mCLinux running on it. I have zipped the linux .pdf files
here :
<http://homepage.mac.com/jorgechamorro/a2things> , under the a2flux
link, "WINBOND.zip (for Charlie)"

There's more info under the files tab in the 9100 yahoo group:
<http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/9100/> :

"Description : Yahoo group dedicated to the reverse-engineering of
AVIOSYS 9100(A) IP video server, and other similar devices based on
W90N740, an ARM7TDMI chip by Winbond.
Don't bother posting spam - it'll be deleted (spam is classed as
anything I don't want to see...)
Current Status: The romfs can be rebuilt and reflashed using the serial
console and tftp. Compilation of C/C++ programs that run on the device
is also possible."

I mean, although this board is not intended to be used for development,
it looks like it's being used for.
You may find it useful for your ARM-65c02 emulation experiments.
?
